Section 5 · Publication of final plans. Section 29(7)

- The development plan as notified by the Government under sub-section (7) of Section 29 shall in addition to its publication in the official gazette, be published by displaying copy thereof at a conspicuous place at the office of the -

(i)

Faridabad Complex Administration;

(ii)

Estate Officer, Faridabad;

(iii)

Deputy Commissioner of the district in which the controlled area is situated; and

(iv)

Panchayat or Panchayat Samitis in which the controlled area is situated.
