- No licence under rule 11 shall be granted unless -
(a)
the land is situated within an area indicated for the purpose for which the licence is sought in the development plan;(b)
the portion of the land earmarked for excavation does not exceed fifty per cent of the land sought to be licensed;(c)
the proposed excavation does not exceed the depth of 1 m. and 50 cm; and(d)
no permanent buildings are proposed to be constructed on the land.Your private note on this section
