(1)
With effect from such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf, there shall be established an administration by the name of the Faridabad Complex Administration.(2)
The said Administration shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall by the said name sue and be used.Your private note on this section
