Section 14 · Constitution of Administration Fund

- There shall be constituted a fund to be known as Administration Fund which shall consist of the following -

(1)

all balances and credits of the Municipal Committees and Gram Panchayats [of the municipalities and Sabha areas respectively specified in Schedule 1 of this Act] [Substituted by Haryana Act 10 of 1975 and shall be deemed to have always been substituted w.e.f. 15.1.1972.]; and

(2)

all sums received by, or on behalf of the Administration under this Act.
