The Secretary of the Pension Committee or Council Fund shall act as its treasurer and he will be the Chief Executive Authority and responsible for carrying out the decisions of Pension Committee. He will also represent the Fund in all suits and proceedings for and against the Committee. He will also operate the Bank Account of the Pension Scheme/Council Fund jointly with the Chairman of the Council Fund/Pension Committee. He will convene meeting of the Pension Committee atleast once in a month and prepare its minutes. He will present in the meeting with all concerned records and informations. He will maintain all concerned records/ forms/registers as required and prescribed.
