The decision of the Pension Committee and in case of dispute, the matter may be referred to by the Pension Committee on its own motion or suo-motu to the Bar Council whose decision shall otherwise be final on the concerned persons as also Advocate- members of the Council Fund or the Trustee Fund and Advocates' Associations in the State of Bihar.
