- On and from the date the Arunachal Pradesh Speaker and Deputy Speaker Salaries and Allowances(Amendment) Act. 201 7 comes into force, there shall be paid to the. Speaker a composite salary of Rupees One Lac Twenty Eight Thousand per mensem and to the Deputy Speaker a composite salary of Rupees One Lakh Twenty Four Thousand per mensem.Provided further that, other perk, facilities, incentives and non quantifiable allowances which are not specified in this Act shall be regulated by an executive order as per actual or at such rate with ceiling limit as the state Government may determine irorn time to time as may be deemed appropriate.]
