Section 13 · Repeal and Saving

(1)
The Salaries and Allowances of Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly (Arunachal Pradesh) Order No. Admn. 5/75, dated 15th August, 1975, is hereby repealed.(2)
Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the order so repealed shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.Your private note on this section
