Section 19 · Payments to the Authorities or Commissions

- For the purpose of enabling the Authorities or Commissions to carry out functions under this Act and any regulations made thereunder, the Government may, from time to time, authorise the payment to the Authorities or Commissions of such sums as it may determine.
