Section 14 · Powers of Government in relation to the Board

(1)

The Government may give to the Board or its constituent bodies such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as it thinks fit, as to the performance of the functions of the Board under this Act, and the Board and its constituent bodies shall give effect to all such directions.

(2)

The Board and its constituent bodies shall furnish the Government with such information or facilities for obtaining information with respect to its property and the performance of its functions in such manner and at such times as the Government may reasonably require
