- 2Now, therefore, in order to provide built-up houses/flats to freedom fighters, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, is pleased to make the following scheme for the allotment of be built houses/flats to built-up by the Chandigarh Housing Board on lease/hire purchase basis for 99 years, namely

- 6Affidavit on non-Judicial Stamp paper worth Rs. 3 duly attested by Magistrate 1st Class stating therein that you do not own any house in the name of your spouse/dependent children anywhere in India
- 7Certificate of Treasury Officer, Central/Punjab/Haryana Treasury, Chandigarh verifying the date from which you are drawing pension as Freedom Fighter regularly
- 8Certified copy of Pension Payment Order showing up to date payment of payment of pension
- 9Photostat copy of the Ration Card in which your name stands incorporated
- 10Are you a voter from Chandigarh and your name exists in the Electoral Roll ? If so, address of your residence with reference to Electoral Roll be given
