Section 5 · Removal of member

- The State Government may, after making inquiry in such manner as may be prescribed, remove the Chairman or any other member from his office on the ground of -

(a)

misconduct involving moral turpitude, or

(b)

insolvency, or

(c)

infirmity of body or mind.
