The driver or incharge of vehicle carrying paddy or rice through an interlaying territory of Uttar Pradesh shall produce his documents before the Marketing Inspector/Senior Marketing Inspector of the nearest check post of Uttar Pradesh who shall, after necessary verification to his satisfaction, make an endorsement to the following effect which shall entitle the vehicle to cross the exit barrier of the State.Certified that vehicle bearing no................. is carrying ..............
