Section 1 · Short title, extent and commencement

This Act may be called the Jaunsar-Bawar Pargana (District Dehradun) Revenue Officials (Special Powers) Act, 1958.

(2)

It extends to the Jaunsar-Bawar Pargana of the Dehradun District.

(3)

It shall come into force at once.
