Section 15 · Authorities of the University

- The following shall be authorities of the University : -

(1)

The Senate;

(2)

The Syndicate;[(2-a) The Academic Council; [Substituted by section 10 of U.P. Act No. 10 of 1998.](2-b) The Finance Committee;]

(3)

Such other authorities as may be declared by the regulations to be the authorities of the University.
