Section 6 · Appeal to Excise Commissioner

- An appeal shall lie to the Excise Commissioner from an original or appellate order made by-
(a)
the Collector, or(b)
the Additional District Magistrate appointed under Clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the Act to exercise all or any of the powers and to perform all or any of the duties conferred and imposed on a Collector by or under the Act concurrently with the Collector.Your private note on this section
