Section 13 · Procedure in Code to be followed generally

- In respect of any matter for which no provision is made in the Act or these rules, the procedure laid down in the Code shall, so far as may be, be followed by the Tribunal, District Collector or Revenue Commissioner in the proceeding or inquiry before it.
