Section 46 · University and Institute of Rural Management Anand School to be public authority under Right to Information Act

The provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (20 of
2005) shall apply to the University and the Institute of Rural Management Anand School, as if it were
a public authority defined in clause (h) of section 2 of that Act.
