Section 13A · Validity of leases and licenses

1[13A. Validity of leases and licenses.--- All mining leases and licenses granted before
commencement of the Oilfields (Regulation and Development) Amendment Act, 2025, shall continue to
be valid for their respective tenure subject to the terms and conditions governing the grant of such leases
and licenses.]
