Section 32 · Extension of jurisdiction of the common High Court to the Union territories of Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh

On and from the appointed day, the jurisdiction of the common High Court shall
extend to the Union territories of Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh:
1 [Provided that on and from the commencement of the North-Eastern Areas (Reorganisation) and Other Related Laws (Amendment) Act, 2012, the provisions of this section shall cease to have effect.]
