Section 14 · Meetings of the Governing Body

(1)
The Governing Body shall meet at least once in year.(2)
The meetings of the Governing Body shall be presided by the Chairperson, Governing Body and in the absence of the Chairperson, Governing Body, the ex-officio Members of the Governing Body may elect an Officiating Chairperson, from among themselves.(3)
All decisions or resolutions including circular resolutions of the Governing Body shall be made or adopted by consensus.(4)
In case of any disagreement or dissent, the ruling of the Chairperson, Governing Body shall be final.Your private note on this section
