Section 7 · The Vice-Chancellor

(1)
The Vice-Chancellor shall be the whole-time officer of the University and shall be appointed [by the Government] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Higher Education (UE) Department, dated 11.09.2015.] in the manner specified in the Schedule-I.(2)
