Section 18 · Repeal and savings

(1)
The Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Repeal and Bootleggers, Drug-offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders savings- and Slum-grabbers Ordinance, 1982 (Tamil Nadu Ordinance I of 1982) is hereby repealed.(2)
Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.Your private note on this section
