Section 7 · Administrative and financial powers of the Chief Executive Officer

(1)
The Chief Executive Officer of the Board may, without reference to the Board, sanction expenditure on contingencies, services and purchase of articles subject to the limit up to which he may be authorized to sanction expenditure with such restrictions imposed by the Board with the approval of the Government.(2)
The Chief Executive Officer may also exercise such administrative and financial powers other than those specified in sub-clause (1) above, as may be delegated to him, from time to time, by the Board with the approval of the Government.Your private note on this section
