Section 18 · Manner of certifying the copy of resolution

(1)

The copy of the resolution referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 13 shall be signed by the President and not less than two members of the board, who were present at the meeting of the general body, and shall bear the seal of the society.

(2)

The copy of the resolution referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 13 shall be signed by the person presiding over the joint meeting and not less than one member of the board of each society represented at such joint meeting and shall bear the seals of all the societies concerned.

(3)

The copy of the resolution referred to in sub-section (3) of section 15 shall be signed by the President of each of the societies concerned and not less than two members of the board of each such society, who were present at the meeting of the general body, and shall bear the seal of the society concerned.
