Section 60 · Transfer of cases from one authority or officer to another authority or officer

(1)
Where an application by a dealer under sub-section (1) of section 41 for transfer of a case is moved on the ground of dispute of jurisdiction or apprehension of miscarriage of justice or business convenience, such application shall be disposed off by the Commissioner within a period not exceeding three months from the date of receipt for such application.(2)
Under sub-section (4) of section 41, the Commissioner may transfer one or more cases from one authority or officer to another authority or officer on account of administrative exigencies.Your private note on this section
