Section 8 · [ Reservation of vacancies of Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes. - Reservation of vacancies for Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Rajasthan Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes, Special Backward Classes and Economically Backward Classes (Reservation of seats in Educational Institutions in the State and Appointment and Posts in Services under the State) Act, 2008, at the time of direct recruitment.
