Section 16 · Nomination of one representative from the Rajasthan Branch of the All Indian Womens' Conference

- The following procedure shall be adopted for the nomination of the representative from the Rajasthan Branch of All India Womens' Conference.-

(1)

Formation of a Panel.-The Rajasthan Branch of the All India Womens' Conference shall select and recommend three women who possess a recognised Degree or Diploma and have some experience in teaching extension or research in Home Science and forward the panel of their names to the Registrar.

(2)

Nomination by the State Government.-The Registrar shall then forward the list to the State Government out of which one woman shall be nominated by the State Government.

(3)

Appointment of the Nominee.-The Vice-Chancellor shall then taken action to obtain Chancellor's order appointing her as a member of the Board and communicate the same to her:Provided that no outgoing representative of the Rajasthan Branch of All India Womens' Conference shall serve for more than 2 consecutive terms.
