Section 14 · Communication of particulars of licence

. [Section 28(2)(g)] - (1) A licensing authority taking possession of a licence under section 19 shall, if the licence was issued under the Act and was granted by another licensing authority, intimate this fact to the authority, by whom the licence was issued.
(2)
The particulars of the persons disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence and the particulars of person convicted under section 182 shall be published in the official Gazette and entry to that effect shall be made in the State Register for Driving Licences maintained under section 26.Your private note on this section
