(a)
The allottee/lessee shall not transfer by way of sale, gift, mortgage or otherwise his title or interest in respect of built-up booth allotted to him for a period of 10 years from the date of allotment.(b)
The allottee/lessee under these rules shall not be entitled to execute a General Power of Attorney or Special Power of Attorney in respect of affairs of booth in any manner except with the prior permission of the Competent Authority.Your private note on this section
