Section 20 · Refund of Deposit and Royalty

(1)

On the expiry of the period specified in the licensee, and on receipt of the return in Form No. 7 from the licensee, the Issuing Officer shall, after satisfying himself that the holder of the licence, had not committed any breach of the conditions of the licence, refund expeditiously the deposit.

(2)

Where the Issuing Officer is satisfied that an animal in respect of which royalty had been paid, had not been killed, captured or wounded he shall refund expeditiously to the licensee the amount paid as royalty.D. Shooting Blocks
