The Revenue Divisional Commissioner shall bring to the notice of the [Board and] [Inserted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 675/25.5.1990-Notification No. 22503-III-ER-1/ 90-R/15.5.1990.] State Government any defects discovered in the working of the existing Revenue laws and suggest remedial measures from time to time.
