Section 6 · Resignation of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and other members

(1)
The Chairman, Vice-Chairman or any other member of the Samiti may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the State Government.(2)
If the resignation is accepted by the State Government, they shall publish a notification to that effect and thereupon the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or the members, as the case may be, shall cease to hold office with effect form the date of such publication.Your private note on this section
