OPS Act 1

Section 1 · Short title, extent and commencement

(1)

This Act may be called the Orissa Panchayat Samiti (Re-election of Office-bearers) Act, 1981.

(2)

It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa.

(3)

It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 19th day of December, 1980.
