Section 56 · Appeal for orders under Sections 52, 53 and 54

- Any person claiming to be interested in property seized under Section 49 may, within one month from the date of any order passed by a Magistrate under Section 52, Section 53 or Section 54 present an appeal therefrom to the Court to which orders made by such Magistrate are ordinarily appealable, and the order passed on such appeal shall be final.
