Section 9 · Application of the gratuity

(1)
An employee who is eligible for gratuity under these rules shall submit an application in quadruplicate to the Director of School Education, Mizoram in Form I.(2)
Where an employee dies while Ln service or before submitting the application under sub-rule (1) above, his/her family or such other authorised person(s) who is entitled to receive the gratuity, shall Submit the required application in Form 2.Your private note on this section
