Section 80 · Registration of transporters

- For carrying out the purpose of section 75 and 76 every transporter, carrier on transporting agent, operating it's transport business relating to taxable goods in Meghalaya, shall be required to obtain a Certificate of Registration in the prescribe manner from the Commissioner or any Officer appointed under Section 25 to assist him, on payment of such fess as may be prescribed.
