Section 5 · Registration Committee and Review of Registration

(1)

The registration and review of registration of contractors shall be done by a committee consisting of:-

(i)

Principal Chief Conservator of Forests-Chairman.

(ii)

Nominee of Commissioner/Secretary-Forests-Member.

(iii)

One Chief Conservator of Forests/Conservator of Forests-Member.

(iv)

Dy. Conservator of Forests (FIQ): Member Secretary.

(2)

The Dy. Conservator of Forests (HQ) will put up to the Committee all applications received by his office after the last meeting of the committee for scrutiny and approval.

(3)

The Committee shall meet once a year.
