Section 46E · Registration of awards under repealed Act

All awards made under the repealed Act whether registered before the 27^th day of May 1947 under the provisions of the said Act or not shall be registered under this Chapter:

Provided that notwithstanding anything contained in section 44 no additional court-fee shall be paid on such awards under the said section.
