MAT Rules 10

Section 10 · Presence of alleged contemner

- Unless ordered otherwise by the Tribunal, whenever a notice is issued under these rules, the alleged contemner shall appear.

(a)

personally in the case of criminal contempt; and

(b)

personally or through an advocate in the case of civil contempt at the time and place specified in the notice and continue to attend on subsequent hearing also to which the petition may be adjourned.
