Section 1 · Short title, extent, commencement and application

(1)
This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vishesh Sashastra Bal Adhiniyam, 1968.(2)
It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.(3)
It shall [come into force on such date] [W.e.f. 1-12-1974.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.(4)
It shall apply to the members of the Madhya Pradesh Special Armed force, wherever they may be.Your private note on this section
