Section 2 · Definitions

- In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(1)

"Act" means the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 (No. 1 of 1994);

(2)

"Meat" means the meat of pig, lamb, goat, fish or hen etc. intended for the purpose of consumption by human or animal but it does not include cooked, salted or preserved meat.
