Section 7 · Recovery of outstanding fees and other dues, etc

- All fees, contributions and other moneys which immediately before the appointed day are due or payable to the existing Council, and on that day remaining unpaid, shall be divided between the Madhya Pradesh State Dental Council and the new Council in the manner provided in paragraph 5.
