Section 34 · The Registrar may enlarge the time prescribed by these rules for doing any act. The [Additional Registrar] [Inserted by Notification No. 45-I-9-3-37. dated 12-5-1976.] may also exempt any party from the operation of any of the above rules or may make such special order as he deems fit as to the preparation of paper-book in a particular case
