Section 2 · Application of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) to non-trading companies with objects confined to the State of Bihar

- The powers conferred by the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), on the Central Government shall, in relation to companies with objects confined to the State of Bihar which are not trading corporations within the meaning of entries 43 and 44 in List I in the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India, be exercised by the State Government and the provisions of the said Act shall, as far as may be, apply to such companies.
