Section 13 · Repeal and saving

(1)

The Jammu and Kashmir Charitable Endowments Ordinance, 1989 is hereby repealed.

(2)

Notwithstanding such repeal anything done, any action-taken or any scheme framed under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or framed under this Act.
