Section 20 · Power to remove difficulties

- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Act, the Government may, by order published in the Government Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty :Provided that no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of the Act.[Inserted by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 64 of 2018, dated 13.12.2018.]
