Section 2 · Definitions

- In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, -

(a)

"brick" means any piece of burnt clay fired in kiln and having a geometrical shape;

(b)

"dealer" means any person who is engaged in the business of buying or selling, or otherwise dealing in, bricks, and includes his representative or agent;

(c)

(d)

"kiln" means a structure used for burning bricks;

(e)

"Official Gazette" means the Rajpatra, Himachal Pradesh.
