Section 18 · Promoter may fix rates

- The promoter shall, for the purposes of working an aerial ropeway, and subject to such maximum [XXX] [The words 'and minimum' omitted vide Act No. 13 of 1995.] rates as may be prescribed or ordered, have power, from time to time, to fix the rates for the carriage of passengers, animals or goods on the aerial ropeway.
