Section 7 · Incorporation of university

- Every university established by an Act of the State Legislature under section 6, shall be a body corporate by the name, as specified in the Act, and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal. It shall have the power to acquire and hold property both moveable and immoveable and to make contract, and shall sue, and be sued by the said name.
